Among the biggest challenges facing Miami developments today is producing a final product that looks as good as those glistening renderings, where architects and designers can manipulate every element on the computer.
Schwartz Media rounded up some recently completed Miami residential developments and stacked up their renderings against their reality. How do you think these projects fared?

The Bond on Brickell
Grove at Grand Bay
Completed last summer, Grove at Grand Bay’s twisting twin towers are hard to miss when driving through the historic Miami neighborhood. They became the first residential towers to be constructed in the area in years.
