The first of two Park-Line residential towers at MiamiCentral topped off recently, and is on track for completion in 2019.
The towers rise 30 and 33 stories, but are actually much taller when including multiple levels of robotic parking garage, train platforms, and retail underneath. The shorter north tower is topped off, while the taller south tower is still rising.
A total of 816 apartments are being built between both towers.
Residents will live above the Centralfare food hall and retail complex, and have access to Brightline, Metrorail, Metromover and Tri-Rail. They will also enjoy an outdoor amenity deck that spans multiple city blocks above the station.
The project architects are: SOM and NBWW (Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe).
