NBWW and Alberto Reifer & Arquitectos will design Sabana Capital
Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates (NBWW), the same Coral Gables-based architecture firm behind the Auberge Beach Residences and Spa, has been chosen to design the largest mixed-use real estate development in the history of Central America, according to a recent press release. The Costa Rica icon, Sabana Capital, will be developed by H-Solis and designed by NBWW and their Costa Rica-based partner Alberto Reifer & Arquitectos.
The 521,000-square-foot Sabana Capital will feature a 100-room hotel, four levels of retail space, and amenities that include a beer garden and rooftop observation deck. According to a recent press release, there will be 294 residential units ranging from 400 to 1,100 square feet in the project. Sales won’t begin until August 2016.
Sabana Capital will be located across from San Jose’s La Sabana Metropolitan Park, the largest major urban park in the country.
Currently, NBWW and Alberto Reifer & Arquitectos are also working on redesigning and renovating the Banco Popular in San Jose, Costa Rica, which is one of the largest banks in the region.
Unfortunately, there are no renderings of the project available just yet.
