Miami Riverside Center is set to be turned over to Adler Group in a 99-year lease, with nearly 65% of voters in favor (only 50% was needed). Three towers will be built by the developer, designed by architect NBWW.
Two of the towers will be 50 to 60 stories, while the third will be around 30 stories.
The project is to include residential, hotel, office, retail and restaurant space. A riverwalk is also planned.
