A first look at the new renderings of 7300 Dadeland, designed by NBWW.
The proposed mixed-use tower at Dadeland will have 111,459 square feet of commercial space, with 28,554 square feet of retail/restaurant space on the bottom two floors and the balance being a movie theater on the top floor. There would be 92 hotel rooms on floors three through seven.
The project would have 615 parking spaces. The building would have nine floors, although it would be the height of a 12-story build because the movie theater floor would have high ceilings.
Tate Capital is the developer of the project.
