Developed by Lincoln Property Company & Brightline, ParkLine (Overbuild OB2 and OB3) are two residential high rise buildings designed to be atop of MiamiCentral Brightline passenger train station. With an approximate area of 1,065,000 square feet, the combined number of dwelling units between OB2 with 30 stories, and OB3 with 33 stories, is 816 dwelling units. The amenities deck, a podium shared by the two towers, is equipped with two pools, a running track, outdoor and indoor exercise areas, grill areas, pet park, yoga lawn, landscape areas and other miscellaneous uses. The towers are independently accessed from ground level lobbies. Passenger elevators bypass the train station and stop at all upper floors and the amenities deck.
