Join us Thursday, November 7th at 6:30pm at NBWW for Part 2 in our From the Ground Up (formerly Development 101) Series. This event will provide a general overview of the design process, including the various design phases, roles of consultants, important approvals, and more.
Margina Demmer is an Associate and Project Designer at NBWW, and a Registered Architect in Florida. She holds Master of Architecture and Master of Urban Design degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami. Since joining NBWW in 2013, she has been involved in the design of various mixed use, hospitality, multifamily, and commercial projects. Ms. Demmer was born in Costa Rica and raised in Miami, FL. She is a passionate designer whose previous projects include Met Square, Dadeland Overture, and proposals for the Bahia Mar Resort and Residences, Island Gardens, and Coconut Grove Bank. She is currently managing the design and development of Block F East, a mixed use project at the heart of the Miami World Center development in Downtown Miami
